2014 435 w navigation and HUD

I usually always have my car on "presets", but my car won't stay on the presets.

I have a mix of sat and FM stations in my presets.
At least few times a day my car will switch off of presets and go to FM or to satellite.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Mine does this after I'm streaming web radio. It's fine other times.
