18" wheel fitment question

Hoping someone out there knows the answer to this.
Found a set of new 18" TE37's meant for the Honda Civic Type R but the bolt pattern is the same at 5x120

18x9.5 +38 all around

Will that fit on a F30 with a 255/40 square set up? I know the rears will fit but concerned about the front.
My car is currently lowered on ST coilovers.

Another thought just popped in my head. Bore size. Civic Type R has a 64.1mm bore size and F30's from what I've found have 72.56
Seems that I cannot run a hubcentric ring since the F30's bore size is larger than the Type R's instead of smaller.
So does that mean I will have to get it machined to the proper size?

9.5" +35 fits. I believe 9.5" +38 will fit(by a hair) but I could be wrong and you'd need a 3mm spacer up front

Yes, you'd have to rebore the centerbore.

Better to get wheels with 72.56mm cb and width and offset that fit without issue.

From what I've seen the "FK8 spec" TE37s are BMW 72.6 hub bore, the CTR guys all run hubcentric rings.

Spec wise you need to check the wheel itself...I haven't seen a TE37 made with 64.1mm bore size.... I suggest if this used wheel, go bring a caliper to measure the bore size before buying.

Yeah my mistake. Seller stated bore size is indeed 72.6 and that the Type R folks need the hubcentric ring.

Hello, was wondering if anyone would have any information on this. I have a 2018
Bmw 330i xdrive and currently run 20” staggered set up 405m mags. With our road conditions I keep blowing tires with pot holes and need a higher profile. I’m looking to downsize to 18” and was wondering if 245/45/18 will fit. I found replica mags that are 18” 8.5 width and offset of 25. Not too familiar with these things so any help would be greatly appreciated!
