2015 435i ZHP Winter rims/tyre question.

Hi guys - I own a 2015 435i ZHP with the M Sport brakes all round. Would the following info suggest these would fit? They’re winter tyres/rims and BMW rims.

TPMS included*
width 8J
offset ET37
245 50 r18 x-ice still left a lots of thread

Tires are too tall, probably from an X3.

What 18” configuration would you recommend? I am so ignorant on what exactly I need with the M Brakes all round.

225/45/18 is standard all round for BMW winters if you're going square. However, the roads here in rural Scotland are utterly shite with serious craters everywhere so I went with 245/45/18 when ditching the standard staggered 19" winters. There's no rub, there's plenty of sidewall to protect the rim and help minimise the risk of punctures, and the speedo is more accurate (69.5mph at 70mph). The computer will under read mpg (i.e look lower than it is) because the car is essentially going further per mile logged compared to stock sizes. Having checked the difference roughly, it seems to essentially correlate to the percentage difference in rolling diameter so it doesn't actually impact how much fuel's being used per true mile driven. And they're way more comfortable on rough roads too. Any F30 series 18" wheels will clear the 370mm blue brakes.

Yea, I would stick with 225/45/18 for winter. I see you're in Toronto too, there's usually stock wheel sets for $300-$400 on FB Marketplace. There's also x 5x120 wheel group for Ontario

If you need new tires, Quattro has the best prices:
