July Lease Rates?

Wondering if they changed, since May -> June didn't.

Will probably take until tomorrow?

Looks like June rates stay in effect until 7/1 per small print on BMW's website

Some updates on this... I was searching around BMWUSA.com and it looks like there are some nice changes:

F30:

1) "Build Out Credit" = $1000
2) Loyalty = $500 (down from $750)

No word yet on residuals or MF, but my guess is that they would be slightly worse to offset this new build out credit. No word on if anything happened to the Turn-Key credit.

EDIT: It looks like these two incentives vary based on the model... 5/6er get nice bumps in both, and the 1-series has less. This could be good news for the F32...

Yeah I'm hoping the RV and MF stayed the same. I'll gladly take another $1000 from BMW!

So can you go back and renegotiate your deal when you finally take delivery on your ordered car?

The F30 offer on the website is still for MY13 - no info yet on MY14. Doing the math, the residual on 10k went down 1 point to 64%. Build Out Credit, I believe, will only be for MY13 as this incentive is for close outs. My guess is the MF went up: 1) monthly payment is the same as June with higher credits (+$750) that outweigh decrease in RV (-$450 approx); 2) 10 year Treasuries are up, so all other rates have increased, i.e. 30-year mortgage, etc.

I'm trying to get the MY14 numbers, if they exist, from my dealer. BMWNA did not have them when I called. BMWFS always just transfers me to BMWNA. So who knows. I presume the residual would be the same as MY13 or slightly higher. If the MF is higher, they might +1 the RV on the MY14 to even it out.

What is the Build Out Credit (criteria for claiming) and would it be applicable to financing the purchase of a 2013 328i xdrive?

MY13 328i- RV dropped 1% MF to .00121
328xi- RV dropped 1% MF to .00120
All 335's RV dropped 2% MF .00127

All F30 purchase is still 3.05% through BMWFS

He works at a dealer.

Just to be sure I'm reading this right, Jason:

MY2013 328 RWD:

MF:.00121 (down from .00127?)
Residual: 64% (down from 65%?)

Loyalty: $500 (down from $750?)
Build out: $1000 (didn't exist prior ... what is this and how does it apply?)

Thanks!
