Seems like a trivial complaint in my opinion. One of the best cars in the world for sure, be happy you can afford one. Lastly, call BMW genius - most of the reps are enjoyable to chat with and some are BMW enthusiasts. Happy motoring OP.

Why all the complaints and demands? Does BMW owe you that much? You are just another BMW customer, not the head of BMw IT dept
