BMW performance suspensions- are they coming?
So does anyone know if BMW is going to be releasing a performance or m-performance suspension setup for the F30? If so, would the setup for the adaptive M suspension cars just be lowering springs to further lower the car, and maybe sway bars? any insights would be useful.

They are developing a system for the for non-adaptive cars and its supposed to be released towards the end of the year. I have not been able to get confirmation on whether they are developing a system for the adaptive suspension, the only thing BMW told me was that it was "under consideration"

I'm hoping the kit for the adaptive suspension will only need springs to lower the car further and will thus be less expensive.

I think it's like $1579 for the whole set up- springs, shocks/struts and front sway bar.

In the e9x and e8x cars no, the BMW PS was a step above (or below-in ride height terms) the sport suspensions

I am looking forward to this as well...did you have to get them installed by bmw service? And if so , it must cost a fortune.

If you are worried about warranty and rely on dealer for all your services, then i would go through dealer. High initial cost but they cant blame you for install or negligence issues.
