My dilemma 435i to demo or not to demo

So my 335i is coming off lease and I planned to take advantage of the pull ahead. Went in to price a 435i Gran Coupe Rear Wheel. Here's my setup and price:

435i RWD GC -Mineral Gray/hex alum/glossy black
MSport pkg
Premium
Technology
Drivers Assistance
Cold weather
19" orbit gray rims
Msport brakes
Harman Kardon sound system
Enhanced Bluetooth

Sign and drive price 39/mo-10k/mi = $689/mo

I was ready to do it, but wanted to sleep on it before submitting. Mostly just debating color options.

Next morning my sales guy emails me and says he has a demo with almost everything I want with 1,900 miles.
The car is missing the HK sound system;
It has the 19" polished rims instead of orbit gray; no msport brakes, and no cold weather (but it does have heated front seats -I.e., no heated steering wheel).
The price...$597/mo.

I hate to settle and be upset later on. What would you do? Love the look of the orbit gray wheels and the msport brakes. Could deal without it though. Will I kick myself over the sound system?
Let me know your thoughts.
Thanks in advance.

I would not do it. I know I would always regret not getting exactly what I wanted.

Go with your original order and avoid that Demo. It's what you want to hear and it's what you should do.

I wouldn't compromise. Get everything you want and don't settle for anything less.

Where on Long Island are you? The 597/mo is a great deal if there is no money down.

I have a guy who can help you with this.

Plainview. It is no money down. Those prices are everything rolled in. Just first month and dmv due at signing.

getting a demo is not something i would worry about.

the missing options though are something you and only you can decide. How important to you is HK and heated steering wheel?

The base system is shit, so that might be something you regret but to do the math 39x100 is 3900 dollars you are saving not having the heated steering wheel and HK system is this worth it to you? Think like an economist and make your decision that way.

Price difference is not enough

Your losing options for less than $100

Hk is better than hifi

Also who knows how the demo was broken in
Really only a consideration if keeping car for long time

New car trumps demo

Unless bigger discount comes into play

He's leasing.

You can bring the demo down much more.

Thanks again everyone. At this point I am leaning toward ordering the car. I am so indecisive though as yesterday I was leaning toward the demo!

order the car . Most of us did. Deal with the wait and be a man. The demo sucks and it isn't worth the price for a used car. \
Get exactly what you want not settle.
The order price it higher than I paid so work it more off of invoice.

A cost deal on this car is $679 as equipped and with literally no money out of pocket. I ordered it for $682. Think it was the right decision and a great deal. Thanks everyone!
