BMW 428xi Delivery time

Hello Guys,
New to the forum world. I have ordered 428xi fully loaded with almost all options checked. My dealer gave me production number earlier this week. I would like to get an realistic idea of how much time it would take to get the Car built
and delivered here in USA. My dealership is in North Jersey.

Also, does color combination adds to the overall delay? My selection is estoril blue and Coral Red combination.
