Rearseat armrest hole for skis or long items?

I can't seem to figure out if there is option to open the hole in the rearseat armrest, so I can store Skis or long table rods? If there is, how to open it?

I don't have col weather, premium or comfort access pkg.

Found it..the whole center seat folds down..

Yeah 40/20/40 seats are standard on 2013 models.
