Felt material and black front spoiler

How does everyone clean the felt material on the door jambs on their 4series GC, mine is very linty. Never had a car with material like that
On non M-Sport front bumper there is a shiny black insert that got nicked by a flying hub cab, is there a color touch paint that matches it!

All BMWs I've ever had the felt. Keep it clean with a damp microfiber.

BMW Touch Up Paint.

Lint brush. Get one that is essentially a roll of tape on a handle. You can also make a loop of duct tape around your hand and roll it down the door jamb.

Oh sorry I didn't realize you said it was on the glossy plastic fog light surround. You know what actually matches pretty well is the 3M 1080 gloss black vinyl wrap. If you can just create a small vinyl patch that might work really well. Otherwise, I'm not sure what paint would match it well.
