Rust proof. I can't sleep now
Hi guys
Recently i did some mod and adjusted front end. I saw repair shop guy released screws to adjust headlight and metal bar behind bumper. I saw paint damage to metal. I worry that the paint around the bolts, holes and areas around them might be chipped, and cause rust. Should I do rust protection spay or paint? Any advice appreciated. Thanks |

I have faith that with each generation, they become more and more rust proof, so I've decided not to get any aftermarket sprays or coatings performed. |

What I have found on surfaces that are hard to reach is traces of cosmoline grease, which is a military spec rust preventative. They're built to last.

Most or all of that metal is aluminum, so don't sweat it.
