I finally had it with the stock Conti run flats. They were super harsh and noisy. Just got the new Extreme DWS 06 installed. I went with the wider size, 245/40/18. The look is much more aggressive. As soon as I left Discount Tire, I could tell a difference. The ride is so much improved. The bumps are greatly reduced and the road noise is definitely quieter. I have attached a few pictures to enjoy!

I am not going to carry a spare. I have a can of fix a flat in my trunk. Also Continental has a 3 year road side assistance along with my insurance.

I think 18's with a 245/40/18 UHP A/S setup is the perfect one for a DD F30.
I put a compact 12V compressor (pump) and a plug kit in the trunk storage area for any roadside repairs. The compressor is great anyways to keep tire pressure right where I want it.
