Email all your local BMW dealers with a request for quote with your build specs.
Tell them you are not interested in a lot car as you want a build to order, sometimes they push taking a in stock car.
Tell them your paying cash and you are comparing quotes with other dealers.
You want close to invoice pricing. Reasonable...7-12%off MSRP?
You hold pocket aces and let the games begin.
PS thats a really nice setup you have built

For that price you can get into a 340i which has a lot of the options as standard. Worth cross shopping as the 340 with the B58 is a blast to drive! Or you can look into 440i GC so you have the hatchback, not sure about pricing might be slightly more than 340

Nice specs! You will love the ZMP+ZTR combo.
About a year and a half ago, I got a similarly spec'd (a bit lighter on the options) F31 for a 7.5% discount without really trying hard.

Unfortunately not available in a wagon and the GC hatch is misleading like the RS7 otherwise I would just do an M3 if shopping a sedan. The X4M 40i is not appealing to me but was considered briefly. Cross-Shopping 2014/2015 E63 wagon but just not in love with the MB layout and infotainment. If only Audi never discontinued the S4 Avant or brought over the RS4 Avant I would do that over the other vehicles above.

I had a 2014 basically optioned the same but did not have track package because it was not available along with the leather dashboard. I got it for a song and I hope I can do the same again but was curious if anything changed because of the new motor and updated bits.

Looking for something just like this in Canada or US.
Can an F31 like this one be ordered in Manual transmission?

I do not know about Canada but in the US but you cannot purchase a traditional manual for the Touring/Wagon.

No. That is incorrect. The new ones are now 330i like they were badged in the oughts. The diesel remains a 328D.

I went with a slightly used E63 AMG-S 4matic Wagon instead.
Too much hassle to get exactly what I wanted from BMW and after upgrades and replacement equipment to get more power out of it I would be at almost the same price as the MB.
