Pre lci discounts

Any advice for the noobie about when bmw will start to "get rid" of the current 3 with big discounts? I've seen a few people post about 28% off etc, is this the final reduction or are there better discounts to come?

Some say the LCI will have the same discounts as the current model!

From what I've heard, it's not going to be a very major LCI change. So if there is any discount on the old stock, it's probably a good time to buy!

Would probably look to the end of Q1/Q2 when they need to hit their targets. You should see the F10 discounts!!

I bought my F10 two months before the LCI was announced and about 4 months before first LCI deliveries. I knew the LCI was coming and my salesman told me what the changes were- he was correct in everything he said. So I took the plunge as the changes were minimal. The discounts were the same after the LCI with the only difference being BMW offered a free upgrade to the Business Media Package to try clear stock before the LCI came out. That being said the LCI had business nav as standards so it somewhat cancelled out that incentive to buy Pre-LCI but the F10 LCI doesn't have extras like extended bluetooth and remote services as standard like I do with the media package.

Anyways, discount levels will be roughly the same. You maybe offered slightly better finance terms such as 2.9% APR or some extras included if you opted for a Pre-LCI. I got a free upgrade to business nav and a 2.9% APR from BMW Financial Services - both these incentives were BMW Group wide offers so any dealership would offer it so it wasn't dealer specific hence why (I think) I know it was to clear Pre-LCI F10s

So my dealer told me today the F30 LCI is coming to them in Q4 (next year)...

They are keen to sell me a new car now but the only think that would suit is a 535d/i

Anyone have an idea of deals on the 5 right now before I ask them?

Hi Mark,

My dealer said the F30 LCI will be June/July 2015 after checking with BMW UK.

Late next year seems wrong to me Mark. Why are they saying now is a good time to swap cars? Any particular reason mate?

Just re-read his message and in fairness he said last 1/4 of this year so I guess he means October delivery....

He just called the other day to say some good deals on 4 series meant a swap would work. He also asked about my wife's 2 year old 1 series.

Given the money I've spent on springs I was thinking about keeping for 4 years , now I'm also thinking remap so I'm not sure a swap works. Unless I can get a 535!!

Decisions decisions...

Get a 535i with adaptive drive AND then remap it!

Hi Jared

The deals on pre lci will definitely be better-the manufacturers support will drop. I say this as that 1 series lci support announced today was significantly less than the pre lci but that's to be expected.

If you're ready to buy email me on riaz.choudhury@spirebmw.com and I'll contact you when I'm back in Thursday.

Thats factory build mind, so would be a Sept/Oct deliver to the UK with the summer shut down in there.

Do you know roughly when the LCI deals will be back up to pre LCI levels? I'm going to buy either an F30 or F36 next January.
