Does the following status simply mean unloaded from the boat, or discharged from the VPC?

Unloaded from the vessel. The tracking info is relative to WW, not BMW or the VPC. That's an odd status though. It's missing a few steps...

So, what does Liner Release mean? Just got that status this morning.
