Thanks!
Brushed aluminum trim with black high-gloss - looks great with the Oyster Dakota Leather interior. Dealer knocked the price down about 6% and gave me a sweet deal on my trade.

CapHill1er, sounds fantastic. I really debated the carbon vs. sapphire black - I'm still not 100% sure...
Can't wait 'till the Spring when I can finally get my hands on it. Looking forward to the car almost as much as the warm weather. |

Garen -- I actually hadn't even considered the GC until I saw that it was the only 4 that came in Carbon Black. Been in love with that color since I was a kid (but called it midnight blue back then). With two dogs, it became clear that the two extra doors in the back were perfect for what we needed. I had originally wanted Oyster leather since it looks so perfect with the dark exterior, but the dogs forced me to get black interior too.
Spring needs to get here ASAP! |

CapHill1er - That's sweet. I know that with two kids and four dogs the white interior is going to pay a heavy price. I just couldn't resist the aesthetic appeal of the black exterior on white interior. I'll just have to set some ground rules: no eating, drinking or shedding in the car.
As an aside, how do you know the date of your delivery with such precision? I was told that it would take roughly 7-8 weeks from the date I ordered the car for it to arrive in the USA. I lucked-out a bit because the car started production only two days after my dealer placed the order. They somehow knew that the 4GCs were being put on the assembly line in the 7th week of the year. |

Sorry, I forgot to mention we're doing European Delivery -- April 28th is the pickup date in Munich. Probably won't come stateside (Performance Center Delivery in Spartanburg, SC) until mid-July. Go big or go home!

Congrats on this upcoming beauty! I was fully set on a 335i sedan as I was completely oblivious to the 435i Gran Coupe until just yesterday... i blame BMW's crazy model proliferation
