2014 435xi Lease
Hi all,
I've been negotiating a deal on a 435xi (my 2011 328i lease is up) for two straight weeks now. My dealer is really holding strong on their offer and claim there are no incentives (including loyalty discount) on this model. Has anyone closed a deal lately that can speak to this? They've max marked up the MF and the acquisition fee, and are giving a pretty middling MSRP discount. We've gone back and forth a few times and they have still not budged from their initial offer. I certainly know this is not a great deal and am fully prepared to walk, but am very frustrated to say the least. Given 90 day delivery, I could fall into some incentives while I'm waiting for the build and 2015 models start to make noise, but I don't want to take that risk. 36 months/10k miles MSRP - $64,900 Residual - 63% Selling Price - $62,400 Acquisition Fee - $925 License Fee - $200 Closing Fee - $499.50 .0017 MF (marked up from .0013 base) $800.44 monthly without tax

Acquisition Fee - $925
Closing Fee - $499.50 .0017 MF (marked up from .0013 base) That's not BMW Financial is it? Here in CA the fee would be $725 + no closing fee. And that MF looks off. I'd walk. I just order an F33 (at the moment - a much rarer car out here than the 435xi) and I got 900 over invoice. In Chicago I'd imagine the xi's are all over the place. -Time |

I finally convinced them to come down another $1,000 and make the selling price $61,400 while also getting the .0013 MF. This moves the monthly payment down to $729.68 plus tax.
I believe this car to be just under $60,000 invoice so for a car that's in high demand and long on delivery, this is a pretty decent deal now in my opinion. There's also a decent chance I could hit some incentives between now and delivery.

I held out for a few months and they've come back to the table with a better offer.
36 months/10k miles MSRP - $62,900 Residual - 63% MSRP Discount - $3,500 Credits - $1,000 Option Credit Selling Price - $58,400 Acquisition Fee - $925 License Fee - $200 Closing Fee - $499.50 .0015 MF (marked up from .0013 base) $696.47 monthly without tax $738.26 monthly including 6% Florida tax I feel like I can still go after .0013 MF although they are holding strong on that due to the MSRP discount putting this right near invoice. As far as I know the option credit will still exist in June so I've got time. Thanks in advance.

You are leaving like $1000 on the table from the MSRP price. If this on a car that they already have on the parking lot I would go for more than 7% off at this point considering the 2015 model has been release at this point. I can't comment on the leasing part since I never lease. Good luck.

Agreed, but this is a custom order for future delivery.

Keep hammering on the MF, I believe you should be able to get .00130. My father just ordered his 4 series with that MF so I know it's in the May program numbers for now...it's possible it could be even lower than that.

I was not successful in getting a "good" deal from local dealers here in the Seattle area so I utlized a CA on here (David A.). Here is my deal below:
MSRP: $59,600 Net Cap Cost: $51,860 Residual: 61% at 36,356 MF: .00111 (I brought down the MF by paying for 7 MSD, original MF is .0016 due to ED car) Pymt before Tax: $528.60 This on a 12k miles per year lease, 36 months, ED car. Good luck
