you could but, like in that pic, you'd have to order the rest of the 3-series sedan with it

I vastly prefer sedans to coupes, but MAN the 4 series with all the M-performance body kit parts looks mean as all hell. Sexy.

The 4 looks better Not just because it's a coupe but you can tell they had more time to work on the m-kit and m performance parts

I'll take the M emblem - not embarrassed at all. My fully optioned 335i M sport has been breathed on with an MPPK, an Akrapovic exhaust and will soon be getting some HRE wheels. Sure, its not an M3 - its not badged that way but it does have M-performance parts and has been differentiated from other F30s.

Where I live I have no access to any race track at all let alone the Ring! I know an M3 would be a much better track car but my torquey 335i is a much better daily driver and certainly can keep up with an M3 in day to day driving. A few M badges - why the hell not!

I can't help but think that both of these cars have grown way too freakin large. these looks like 5 and 7 series to me. soon bmw is gonna need a .5 series that will be the same size as the current 1 series.

And now it's the same on the 3 series... I saw this detail on the german configurator...

I wonder if the 4-series M-performance interior carbon trim will include the continuing door inlays, and not just the door handles. Would be a weird to have a carbon trim flowing into glossy black or blue line in the door.
I concur. They both look incredible, and the M3/M4 will be sick I don't care what anyone says. I love the F Platform.

Agreed. That 435 M Sport with all those parts is going to be $70k easily.

Curious why compare the 435 to a 328? Why not apples to apples, 435 to 335?

That's what I was thinking myself. The 4 looks good and all, but the 3 is already big enough for me... I wouldn't want it any bigger/heavier.

I love both cars, but only one gets to keep the legendary 3 series name on the boot!

I actually think I prefer the F30, especially side-on.

Yes that's what I'm thinking they are getting bigger and bigger are with no soul, when you seat in my E92 you feel part of the car not when I fit in a F30 just not right I felt that coming from the IS Lexus to my E92.
That's my be what's Chris Harris is referring too when test driving the 4 series boring drive because its too big, you don't feel part of the car.
That's the last 3 series I will buy my be the 2 series might be the old 3 series.
