Cr*p discounts on a 3?

I was just idling looking at a couple of broker sites and a standard 340i touring shadowline is coming in about 37.5K on coast2coast and broadspeed. Baring in mind its an msport with the old msport plus pack more or less that doesnt seem like that bigger discount to me?

Its about 4K more than I paid for mine 2 years ago with msport plus pack, pro nav, comfort access, folding mirrors all in.

Surely with the 3 now a run out model better discounts can be had? Obviously ive not actively chased a broker etc to go further and I know the APR is lower at 1.9% now but still.

Just priced up a 330i with the same spec as mine on Coast2Coast and it came in at £34,273. I purchased mine in July 2015 and it was £29,886, so that's a £4,387 increase in less than 3 years. The discount quoted is £5,442. whereas I received a £6,338 so the discount is about £900 less, which means the price of the car has gone up by almost £3.5k

That's what I mean it's over 5k for mine by the time you addnpro nav and a couple of bits.

I know I got an amazing deal but still seems they have jacked up the prices alot.

Garage List
Lower Apr = lower discounts.

They still make the same one way or another.

The deals are still really good. £9.5k off a 340i auto shadowline on DTD and broker4cars are showing £12k plus off the same.

You always have to look round all the brokers as their deals aren't all the same.

I just randomly found this site, 26-27% discount. Not too shabby IMO

Oh, and for the coffin carriers.

That's better, about the same price I paid with my options added, just shows it pays to shop around. For some reason I can't seem to find the split/fold rear seat option, has it been deleted? That would be a big issue for, me as it is probably the most useful option on the 3 series

That's better. So long as that doesn't include any deposit contribution from the dealer mind otherwise still pretty pricey. Mine was about 31.5k including all the options after dealer deposit.

I still think bmw have inflated the prices like for like spec wise, normal silly % discounts still apply but even with inflation it's more expensive.

Split-folding rear seats (option 465) are now standard across the range as of March 2018.

And has been hovering around there for a couple of years nearly. This change in discount would be recent.

However, there are still sites showing BIG discounts, so this thread is a bit of a non event anyway.
