What didn't you know ?

I took my car back to the dealer today (again, recurrence of suspension knocking - looks like it's front top mounts this time) and a few other things came up :

- Brake fluid change required (3 years old) and now told that the service pack runs to 62K miles, not 50K (as was originally told when I bought the car.) Customer satisfaction +1 point.

- MOT is due on 14th December, so will be done today. "MOT Protect" is included in the Service Pack and includes consumables such as wipers if they were an MOT fail (Sod's Law - I just replaced them at the weekend). Customer satisfaction +1 point.

Left the dealership in a good mood, which makes a change

Nice one. Let's hope my service pack gets a similar result in a couple of years.

That is a great bit of news, although not sure why they said it was 50k miles if your car is 3 years old, the service pack was reduced in January 2013 to 50k miles, and made more expensive at the same time.

When the diff going in?

The 'change' in Service Pack mileage confused me, but I was definitely told it was a 50K limit when I bought the car in January.

The Quaife diff is being fitted next Wednesday . I'm looking forward to a properly hooked-up rear end (NTG's reincarnations will be along shortly with pics and comments )

I didn't know the prof media supported DVD playback and video playback from USB. Would have specced it more quickly if I'd known.
