+1 3M Crystaline is excellent film. 70% film hardly darkens. I've seen it used on windshields and be virtually undetectable.

Agreed, under most conditions it is not detectable, but at certain sun and viewing angles you definitely get a mirror like refection from it.

CHP is way picky about tint on the front windshield; no way I'd try that here!
