Quarter Mile Drag Strips in the Metro DC Area

Are there any drag strips around the DC metro area? I'm just trying to find a safe place to test 0-60 runs (via the BMW M Lap Timer app) and quarter mile times with the MPPK.

I tried google searching but some of the search results are webpages that look like the haven't been updated in quite a while.

I've been debating posting a similar topic for a month now, but have been too lazy. I just want to test out launch control though, I lack a lot of the other fancy stuff

Well if we have any luck and can find one that's not too far away maybe we can both try out our goodies on a closed course. I completely forgot about launch control.

I'm out in Reston I can look toward Leesburg. I would love to see what my 328d can do.

Be careful there's people from BMW that be on the forums looking at everything. If you post later that something happened to your car, they will not cover you because you posted about taking your car to the track. Just a heads up 😐

Capitol Raceway in Crofton, MD. Used to race there all the time, but have not been in many years.
