340i exhaust fitment

Did a search, but couldn't find a definitive answer. Been looking at exhausts all over the internet. Found this on ebay:

1. Manufacturer Part Number:
18-30-2-354-340 and

2. 18-30-2-406-953 BMW M PERFORMANCE EXHAUST

The second one seems to be the one that fits the 340i even thou some advertise the 1st like if it also fits the 340i.

Will any of the fit the 340i? Thanks in advance.
