2013 335is good or great deal?

2013 335is MSRP: 61,345 extra options 20" wheels + mats + Zurich shield? 63,385

Invoice before the extras: 57,000

Negotiated 55,500 Sale Price

Have a trade in 9K (2007 Camry SE v4 95K miles, fair condition worth ~9K)

OTD: 50,000

I have the trigger pulled but no deposit, just wanted to confirm the deal here.

Thanks for the help:

I'd say it's a good deal, but not great. You could build a 335i Coupe with sport package, (trim and leather you like) add MPPK and be less than 56k MSRP.

Interesting. When I first looked at that, I thought it was an e90 due to the hood and the navigation configuration. Had to go onto BMWUSA and build a 335is. Didn't realize they had the older model nav on that one.
That's not a bad price if the car is what you want, mainly an "is". Similar discount I got on a 2014 335i through a military overseas dealer, which is a huge discount off MSRP.

If you want an IS and the features that particular one has, then go for it. Otherwise I would do a custom order 335i and get it exactly how you want it.

Yeah, I doubt I would be using the nav much if at all. Maybe one or two long trips.
How much more is the IS in comparison to your I? 4-5K more at base?

I like the features on this car and the exhaust/power/turbos etc, but the wheels scare me a bit. On the side sticker, it stated 20" M sport wheels with performance tires... I'm wondering how much those will be every year haha.
Are the wheels staggered, 19" in fronts and 20" in rears? The profile of the tire was roughly 1" (if that).

My choice would be 18"s to not compromise ride and have to replace tires every year.

I know the new models are getting ready to hit the lot in a few months and I want to get the best deal possible on this.

Thanks,
Dr. Bhoom

Also, i'm trying to do the 1K off for recent grad credit. The minimum amount you have to finance is 10K and make 4payments before paying it off in full. I was buying this cash but is it worth taking advantage of the 1K on a 10K payment? Wondering what the fees and fine terms of the financing would be...

If anyone has any idea, I would appreciate the help.
Thanks

Financing should be simple interest and should be more then worth it for the 1000.

Beautiful car!

Looking at a 2013 335i m sport package - premium, 19 wheels , navigation ect.
MSRP $55400
discount $2219
Price before discount = $53181
adjusted price after discount and rebate = $51,681

Is this a good price for the 2013 ?

36 month lease is as follows
.00125 money factor 63% residual
1500 down = $699 mo
3500 down = 639 mo

Is this a good deal? First time buyer and definitely need some advise.

Thank you !!

Thanks, yeah the CA has been pretty helpful and I think I'm going to just finance the 10K to get the 1K off and I think you have to make at least 4 payments before you pay it off, is that correct?

Thanks,

The IS model is $8,900 more than the I at base (52,100 vs 43,200).

The sticker on yours is just about the same as my 2014, but mine has literally every single option available. You are getting about the same discount as I got as well, which is really good.

First off, wrong sub-forum, but it's all good

Second, those are not 20" wheels, so tell the dealer to knock another $1295 off you're already-negotiated price due to his shadiness. The car pictured above has the 313M 19" wheel upgrade, which BMW already charged $1k for, per the sticker. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=629676

Third, if you like the car, buy it. Just realize its instantly outdated. The new 435i should be at your dealer any day now. It's 7 years newer technology/looks than the 335is model you're considering.

It is 3 billing cycles, ie you can pay it in full on the 4th payment.

What are the invoice and cap numbers, it does not appear to be a good deal, but it's hard to say w/o all numbers? Down payment for a lease is NOT a good idea, you can loose all that money and will pay tax on it.

If your final sale price before trade-in is $55,500, which is $1,500 less than the invoice and you got those extras for free on top of that. That's great deal!

Having said all of that, if the options your're buying are not something you really want, than you're wasting your money on an old model.

Sorry about that.

Yeah I just realized that looking at my pics it one of them had the back tires at 19". I'm definitely going to ask for a couple of grand off and see what they say. I think they really want to move the car, but I'm caught thinking I may want the new 435i or 2014 335i full m performance for nearly the same cost in the end.

No doubt they want to move it ASAP. As soon as the 435i hits the lot, the 335is will be the fat girl at the party.
