What's this? Have you all gone soft wanting xdrive? Even Pablo wants xdrive now!!!!
Dont let NISFAN hear you say that.

But seriously, I think xdrive is brilliant and is valuable everyday such as pulling out of junctions and roundabouts for starters.

Are we concluding that drivers of the 5, 6 and 7 series are better than 3 series drivers?

What's happening here?

As soon as I get rid of my X Drive, everyone admits it's a good system?

Next Nick will be admitting Diesel has a place in the world, now I drive a petrol!

Hahah. No. It has it's place in the world, as do tractors and farm vehicles. But welcome (back?) to the lovely creamy smooth and heady world of petrol

I do wonder from many of the posts in different threads, what is wrong with the 3-series... all this skidding around and flashing lights as soon as there is a bit of damp on the roads.

Perhaps the 3-series need a bit more weight to hold them down, or are the 5, 6 and 7-series typically driven by guys who know how to modulate the throttle?

Skittish little buggers they are...that's why there are no older 3 series on the roads any more, what with no xDrive before the F30 they all fell off as soon as it got slightly damp.
