F30 M-Sport build Rosslyn, SA

Hey E90Fleet,

Would you please be so kind as to inform us how the Rosslyn plant is progressing with F30 M-Sport builds.

Are they on line? Us end of the world Aussies don't get any real feedback from our dealers as to the build status and backwards BMW Australia (are you reading this guys?????) don't or more likely won't setup the factory build status website, like they have in other countries.

If anyone knows outside of BMW, it's you. So can you help us out PLEASE!!!!

I ordered a 335i Sport from SA back in March. It didn't get built until June 12. Then it sat on a dock for 2 months waiting for a ship or something. Now it's on a boat and and making its rounds all over the world and will eventually make its way to southern California USA Sept 10th.

That's how the SA plant has been doing lately. Meanwhile EVERYONE is getting their 328, 335 and M-sports from germany (including 2013's).

All I have to say is thank god i'm leasing.

Im from SA, Not sure if the following information is going to be helpfull but this is what i received the info I received from my dealer.

Vehicles for the SA market are now in production. Production is on track for vehicle delivery second week of September.
No issues reported by the factory.

unfortunately none of this info is direct from the factory and until my vehicle completes production I cannot tell as out online tracking is not as good as the USA one.
