Hello
I have now 435i x-drive and I previously had an E92 with no comfort access. But one of a feature I liked a lot was the ability to have both door windows to go half down to facilitate the entry in the car. All you had to do was to push the unlock button twice on the remote. So when you're parked in a tight spot or between cars there's not much room between the top of the window and the roof part of the the car. Hence the very useful feature, that rolls downs the window halfway down by clicking twice on unlock so you don't have to do gymnastics to get out/into your car.... Then the window(s), if both doors were open, are rolling up automatically when the door is closed. That's still working on the F32, but is there any way to do this with confort access? By tapping twice on the handle when going in? Or when inside and going out by pulling the handle? Any way to do this automatically by coding? Thanks for your help! P.S. Here's what I'm talking about: Last edited by Newton2001; 01-05-2014 at 08:39 AM.. |

Try KOMBI => DIM_NACHT_EIN = Aktiv.

Sorry guys, have searched but can't find a definitive answer.
Is it possible to code the EPB so that it releases on pull away for a 6 speed manual car? I had this on my RRSport and it was a great feature - I now find I get greeted with the annoying 'bongs' when I pull away at a set of lights as it's false of habit to think it will release itself |

So, I know this question has had to have been asked but I can't seem to find its answer & knew I'd find it here.
Does anyone know whether "secure vehicle from rolling" can be coded out? This is the most inconvenient function I've found in this car. I know you can back with the door open if you have your seatbelt on but when I'm jumping in and out to park as close as possible to my wife's MB without hitting it, I don't wanna keep buckling & unbuckling my belt. (And though my 335 is pretty loaded, I don't have the cameras or park assist though my wife's Benz at $10k less has reverse cam as standard but that's an entirely different conversation)

Still nothing on the instrument cluster white lights at night. Coded the dim_nacht_ein and it stays amber as well as giving me a check engine light. (shawn thats gotta be the code that made my CE light pop up a few days ago). Tried it a couple times to no avail.

Weird. It works on F10, at least early builds, and it is on the F30 Cheatsheet. And even weirder is that it would throw the CEL light.

Yeah, also in another thread it says to change werte to FF (from 08) and when I change it to FF and code the FDL, after the kombi resets and I go back in to the dim_nacht_ein it says UNKNOWN (instead of aktiv) and the FF is still there. When i switch it to aktiv and code FDL it still goes back to UNKNOWN.
