Since the Lincoln MKZ made the list, I'm 100% positive this is a truly credible source of automotive info..

Not me. The MKZ is an eyesore. There not one Lincoln on the market currently that has any aesthetic appeal.

The MKZ is last on this list. I think that's fair.
Interesting that C&D decided to throw BMW a bone Without reading too much into this I would agree with the order they have without making any changes. All else considered it's tough not to choose a 3er. For me it was down to the S4 or the 335i, I chose.

Now how can 4 Series GC possibly rate as an entry level sedan? It's coupe. <winks and smugly chuckles>
All the best.

The MKZ is a beautiful car. In silver with the 19" wheels, the car looks positively stunning.

The 4GC is no slouch either! I think it's the best looking car in BMW's lineup. I prefer it to the 6GC, but I realize I'm in the minority. It's really a toss-up for me.

Are any of these cars really luxury? I've never considered the 3 or 4 luxury. ...even entry level luxury. Entry luxury is something like a 5 Series / E Class.
3/4 series is normal everyday car. |

As an individual, you are free to establish your own criteria for what represents luxury. The industry, however, considers BMW a "German luxury carmaker", so the 3/4 are classified as entry luxury models.

You've lived in LA way too long. Cars stickering upwards of 70K definitely fits the bill of entry-level luxury.

Aesthetics-wise, I actually think the Fusion Titanium is better looking than the MKZ; if those cars swapped design, I would have seriously looked at the Lincoln. But styling is all subjective, anyway.

Wow--I was going to argue the opposite. Isn't "entry level" moving down to the 2-Series, A3, CLA, ILX, etc.?

The Lincoln is probably the best option out there.., for a rental car haha! In all seriousness though the MKZ has caught my eye on more than one occasion. It's not the most attractive and I wouldn't drive one but it's architecture does stand out in traffic.
