So, for the Surrey Rolling Road day we have:

Charlie has offered £35 per car based on minimum 15 cars.

In order to stick with this price, each driver must give a £15 deposit on the day (ie. we all turn up and hand over £10, if we have less than 15 the cost will differ).

So we need 15 people/cars, the available dates (Saturdays) are as follows:

March 18th
March 25th

May 6th
May13th
May 20th
May 27th

Please cast your vote for the best say on the poll so we can collate. I need to confirm with Charlie to book the day ASAP.

can you ask them how much extra it is for another run or 2. obviously the car will already be strapped down but if i come i might want 2 or 3 runs to try a tuning box on different settings

Just had a thought, if anyone wants any FDL coding (basically anything from the cheat sheet) done I can do it on the day, I've had to hand the laptop I used to do it with back to my old job as I've switched jobs now, but I can borrow one from a mate for the day.

We need minimum 15 to keep to the £35 mark. I have 13 responses (including my 2 cars) but a couple of date clashes meaning there will be drop outs.

If everyone responds. we'll have 19 cars - so can afford a couple of drop outs - so please give me a shout with dates you can and cannot make.

I'll plot them all out and share ASAP!

I seem to recall Charlie doing this for a couple of the cars last time due to failed runs. Not much difference to connecting/disconnecting a box so can't see it costing more than a tenner or so. I'll ask him when confirming, don't want to bombard him with messages!
