Great.... Another puncture
So, seems I've picked up a screw in my rear tyre, thought it looked low & when I checked it only had 12.5psi in! Haven't used the car for a few days & there was no indication from TPMS on the last drive, so think I've either picked it up close to home or some scrote has done it deliberately on the drive.
It looks within the tolerance of where it could be repaired, but I've already had a puncture repair in the same tyre. Does this mean its new tyres time? |

I have picked up a couple of punctures recently both in the nsr tyre and both times I have had to purchase a new tyre.
The first one was a screw in the sidewall when I had only put new tyres on the car a few weeks earlier. The second had two screws in the tyre and I was told you can only carry out one repair to a run flat. |

I've had two repaired in one runflat before with zero dramas. It can be done, the difficulty is finding someone that will do it.

Well, had it repaired, thanks for all the advice.
But, the muppets damaged my wheel & deny all responsibility for doing so. Managed to polish 90% of ths scuffs off the face of the wheel but pretty miffed about the damage to the centre bore, which I'm positive will lead to corrosion, even though I've dabbed a bit of lacquer on it. |

Can?t remember who it was off here but someone said they had information that could be quoted to those declining to repair.
Buy a plug kit and DIY it. Plugging is dead easy. Test for leaks with dish soap mixed with water after. |

Maybe it would be a good idea to make a list of places that will do it? Could we do a sticky for this? I'm sick of forking out for new tyres every time I get punctures.
