Problem with BMW Connected Drive
Hi,
I have just purchased a 320i GT x-Drive 2018 (6 months old) form Motorpoint (Car Supermarket) I was trying to connect the BMW Connected app from my iPhone In the app I can see my car (my phone is connected via Bluetooth to car) but when I try to add the Vehicle. I get told that this is not allowed as it is a fleet vehicle. The error says " This vehicle cannot be registered to your account. No personalised BMW ConnectedDrive Services are available for this fleet vehicle" So does anyone know the best way to get this sorted. I don't have the V5 thought yet so I cant see the previous registered keepers name. Thanks |
