Pull Up Bar

How are those over the door frame pull up bars that don't require any drilling?

Never heard of a no drill version. Mine has 3 wood screws on each end. It pops out real easy to use on the two lower brackets for push ups. You can always fill the holes with caulk.

I have this... "Everlast Multi Function Chinning Bar"

http://www.amazon.com/Everlast-Multi...9262239&sr=8-3

I like this thing, I can do pull ups, and chin ups with all different grips, and I use it for push ups occasionally. (Using it for crunches is bad though... then again, you should probably be doing them with your legs up*.)

***Then again, I'm really light, so if you're a 250lb+ dude hanging off something mounted in a doorway might not be the best option.

i have one and i like it. as long as your door frame is very sturdy. it may leave some dents in the wood where it rests on one side.

Ha, same here... I uses it on a wood frame, got small dents. But I usually use it on a metal frame door; works fine.

On all wood frames I've seen they start separating.

The ones without screws usually unscrew in the middle to expand

Not bad in a pinch. I personally don't care for them because I'm around 6'5'' with shoes on and it forces me to bend at the knee too much as I would hit the ground with my legs extended. Something to think about.
