My gut is that if the M3 ends up with a 6 it will a slightly larger displacement than the N54/55...maybe 3.2 or possibly 3.5.

Just a hunch and not based on any real info.

Isn't it kinda early to close the door on the possibility of an F30 M3?

The F30 isn't even out yet, lol...

Don't count on a new RS4 in the North America. In fact, don't even count on a B8 RS4 sedan at all. Could be wagon only.

Well, the B8 RS5 is not coming here, so I wouldn't get your hopes up for the B9 RS4. I don't even think Audi is even making a B8 RS4.

EDIT: Didn't read the above post before posting.

If that article has any truth to it, I'm not too surprised that there's no M3 saloon. I mean, there were no e46 M3 saloons either.

I found this to be the most interesting thing in the whole article.
No way it will be a 3 liter, M will make it at least 3.2. I just cant see the old e46 having a larger displacement then the 2 models newer f30 m3..

Bummer about the no M3 sedan... Best looking M3 imo

Not sure I'm happy about them changing the front suspension set-up.....wonder how much BMW can make cutting their cars down so they are complete garbage.....

Audi is beginning to kick BMW's a** all over the place. Enthusiasts are beginning to even jump ship. Never thought I'd see the day....

I don't disagree, but I also agree with a few comments here that there are many who are beginning to make the switch, causing the tide to turn. Hell, even Clarkson talks about it Audi seems to have chosen to focus on making a few models really good, something BMW used to be great at, and now they are beginning to feel like Merc with its many offerings, something I thought always weekend Merc.

Cheers,
e46e92

I'm so glad there's no M3 sedan. I never understood it. Whenever i'd go to a BMW meet, the M3 ratio would be like 10:1 (coupe:sedan). Good business decision by BMW.

what with all the people up in arms about no m3 saloon?

the 4 doors look awful imo, it is far better suited to a coupe..
