Athleticism is inbred in the new BMW 3 Series. Those looking for even greater dynamic character will find just what they require in the M Sport package, including many extra equipment items. Discover its benefits – from the third quarter of 2012 at your BMW Dealer’s.

The M Sport package with its innovative equipment features is based on the athleticism of the new BMW 3 Series Sedan with Sport Line and turns to the BMW M3 for its appearance. One constituent is the M Sport suspension lowered by ten millimetres with stiffer spring and damper settings as well as harder stabilisers.

Its dynamic character is emphasised by the exclusive M Sport body colour of Estoril Blue metallic, a special aerodynamics package with numerous body components, chromium exhaust pipe finishers, modified suspension settings and M Sport light-alloy wheels with a diameter of 18 or 19 inches. Front and rear bumpers, sill covers in body colour and a striking diffusor insert in Dark Shadow Metallic on the tail underline the sporting character of the M Sport package, exploiting its visual effect to the full.

On the inside, the M Sport package includes the M leather steering wheel with multifunction including short-shifter gear lever (for manual transmission) in soft leather nappa with M emblem and sports seats. The seat covers are in a characteristic fabric-Alcantara design. In addition, there are three further leather finishes.

The decorative surface is designed in Aluminium Hexagon with blue accent trim strip. The M emblem decorates the entry sill and footrest.

The M Sport package – made-to-measure ingredients for true sports enthusiasts.

Love the interior. Is that steering wheel a remodeled e46 M3 wheel?

I actually dig the Z4 steering wheel. I bet the non-Sport wheel will look different.

I like the steering wheel, reminds me of older BMWs.

That blue stripe inside needs to go though.

LOVE IT

+ 4-Piston calipers
+ M-Sport bumpers
+ Steering wheel

This one is a sure winner in my eyes. The regular steering wheel isnt as appealing and sporty. Also, the upgraded brakes will look stunning behind some nice 19" 3-piece forged wheels

The steering wheel has alot less fluff compared to the regular ones, which has a larger face and more stuff.. I prefer the minimalistic look but at the same time functional features.

Exterior looks nice.

But the colored trim and steering wheel gives it a cheap VW hot hatch look.

Not bad! The steering wheel is a throw back to the Z1/Z8 style(s) - I like it.

The steering wheel isn't so bad, I kinda like it. I like the blue in the key fob, not so much in the interior though.

+1 love the retro e46/roadster esque steering wheel and for sure that tacky blue strip will be one of those things people will look back on one day and say "wth were they thinking"

What a BEAUTIFUL car, AND ESTORIL BLUE!!

The color matched Key fob is kinda cool.. i guess. It'd be alot classier if they made them all with a Piano black insert for the Msport models

The color matched interior line inside is cheap looking lol. PIANO BLACK or Carbon fiber will solve this!

So if you get the m-sport in white, will the interior strip and seat color match?

why is everyone hating on the steering wheel??? you don't have an obnoxious horn in the middle to block your hand grip....
