Is BMW apps a factory added option?

I went to BMW dealer today and found a car in a trim that I would love to have, but it doesn't have

1. BMW apps (which needs BMW Assist with enhanced Bluetooth and USB)

Would anyone know if this a factory added option or can the dealer add it once they have the car or should I keep looking for another car.

good question, prob has to be done at the factory, but no reason it shouldnt be abel to be done at the dealer. (of course you would need nav)
