Post sale survey

Hi all,

I had been told that I would receive a post sale satisfaction survey - actually I was shown how to complete it! However, I have not received. I had a pretty poor delivery experience and I'm wondering if they have decided not to survey me !

it can take a while from memory - i think one time it took about 2-3months post purchase. And if you dont complete it - they tend to send "reminders". I guess be honest about your experience!

4 Months ago - They delivered it with either shipping glue or over spray on the front of the car and made me go to the panel beaters with them ... There were also scratches on the instrument cluster.

Awesome new car experience - made me really feel like I had a quality product there. Though I do know where the panel beaters are and which insurance companies to use - some upside ..

Not expecting much from them - though there should be some feedback for the dealer I reckon.

I took delivery at the end of November, and I've already completed the survey. I got the first notice in January I think.

i was told about a survey when i got mine, but never received anything so that i can't make a complain that they put swirl marks all over my M sport black plastic door panels. so annoyed!

Yes! Me too!! Covered in swirl marks that are very obvious in certain lights.
Any ideas on how to remedy this?

i had a Black MINI delivered new covered in swirl marks.

I paid a pro to fix and apply Opti Coat..

The monkeys in pre-delivery are hopeless. I don't even let them wash the MINI during a service.

The 328i they could wash it with sandpaper for all I care.

no more car wash from my next service at BMW Sydney coz they didn't dry my car properly and covered by water spots! Just ask them to vacuum next time only.

My Adam's Polishes products and skill are better than service car wash...
