bad night, and SOS service not helpfull

lost my car key and they didn't help me to star my car. just towed to the nearest dealer. didn't take the service. took a taxi home to get the spare keys.

Does the sos have the capability to start your car remotely? I think they can unlock, not sure though.

I Don't' Know Really,about That But It Should Be , They Say I Didn't Have That Option.

I'm pretty sure BMW Assist can remotely unlock your car for you if you somehow locked the keys in the car or trunk. I doubt they can start the car. You have to hold the truck button when your on the phone with them and the door SHOULD unlock in 15 minutes. I had this feature on my E90 ///M. But it never worked
