Runflat Sidewall Buldge

My front drivers run flat has a sidewall buldge. The tires have 22,000kms on them. I know the runflats are crap and I will slap Michelin PSSís on them eventually.

My question is which of the following would you recommend as I do not want to replace all four tires yet as I was planning on getting value out of the tread life before swapping them out for the PSSís.

1). Given the low mileage just replace the one tire?

2). Replace both front tires with the PSSís now and swap the tears out next summer?

Thanks!

Get 4 MPSS tires now with warranty and tire insurance at tire rack and sell runflats on Craigslist or this forum.

You don't say what tires you currently have. 22K km is about 1/2 the expected tread life of a Michelin PS2 ZP or Bridgestone RE050A RFT (I get 23K-26K from the rears typically)

I'm in the process of buying a replacement RF PS2 ZP for my car, with similar wear, for the same reason. But then I also have a winter set of tires I'll swap to sometime in November.
