Minimum PSI for RFTs for quiet ride

My 328i comes with R17 front (225/50) Rear (255/45). What is the recommended PSI for quiet ride and is nitrogen safe with TPMS?

The recommendation on door card is 35 PSI for both front and rear.. but I still find it noisy..

Nitrogen is safer for TPMS. No water vapor to corrode the TPMS.
