estimated time to install springs

what's the estimated time to install H&R springs or coilovers if you were doing it your-self?

I don't see any DIY out there, maybe someone can post something up.

About an hour with a helper and jacks/stands in a parking lot. I've done it a few times on a e46 race car and the F30 was basically the same but you need a E-14 torx so this e46 tutorial is pretty close if you know what youre doing mechanically.

I'd say more like two hours if you're mechanically inclined.

I'm planning on doing mine sometime next weekend before Bimmerfest East. I have 20" DS644 rims with a tire stretch and I don't know if I should do Sport or Super Sport H&R
Any ideas?? Before I order!

Personally on 20s with stretched tires I'd do super sport. I'm doing sport just to be more subtle. Otherwise I'd do the same.
