Looks like BMW wipes the floor with MB in the acceleration department.

I like the pano roof that is standard on the C Coupe versus the no sunroof option on the 4

The 4 is miles ahead of the C Class Coupe.
Perhaps the E Class Coupe is a fairer comparison? (The C class gets replaced before the end of the year) Cheers, CSL

Surely you're kidding. The E coupe is not even nearly in the same price range at about $10,000 more.

The Merc is a four door c-class with 2 doors missing. Now with the 4 series BMW have done the same thing with the regular f series. Hate the front....will not be buying this one.

I always thought the c class coupe looked like they cut off the back end of the sedan and called it a day it just kinda looked odd but maybe it's just me.

Whoa....the 4 makes the C class look ridiculously outdated! BMW wins again!

Could that Mercedes emblem get any bigger? What is that an 8" diameter?!

For me, BMW would be the way to go, but then I'm biased; I haven't liked MB since the '80s when MB built seriously solid cars that were unparalleled in the luxury car segment. (The one I have is an S class from 1986.) Also, I happen to think MB's sweet spot is their S, CL and SL class cars. The others are nice, but they aren't what I think of as being what MB does best. In contrast, small, sporty cars is what I think BMW does best, which is why I buy 3ers and would buy a 1, 2, or 4 series.
The A5 may be a closer competitor against which to compare. Of course, none of the three are shabby, so it's surely no major disaster to buy any of them.

Based on the pricing, and that BMW are going to produce a 2 series coupe, I think you are right.
