Options for Sat Nav/ Screen Size and mobile

Hello brothers,

I was using the BMW configurator in the UK and I found that to get the wider screen I need to pay 1,900 to get the Media professional.

Now there were a lot of criticism about the sat nav and people saying you are better off with ur mobile navigation or tom tom.

My question is: is there a way were you can get the wider screen without spending this amount then get your mobile navigation application to display on the screen? is this possible or I am day dreaming

thank you for your answers

Day dreaming unless some programming guru I'm afraid. even then, wide screen only comes with pro media.
