instrument panel info

I could have sworn the date as well as the time and outside temperature used to show.... well it doesn't now!

Am I having a dumb moment and can anyone suggest how to get it back, please?

[settings has got date ticked to show btw]

I'm sure it displays when you scroll through the display using the BC button on the end of the left stalk....

It's a shame that you can't select which information you want displayed on the black panel. The presets aren't quite right

You can. In the iDrive settings you can choose which options are enabled, and then it only scrolls through those you've selected.

Hmmm, any idea where exactly, I couldn't find it? But, then again, a lot of the iDrive settings are weirdly grouped.

Like the graphics for the Sports / Comfort / Eco Pro modes, I couldn't find them for looking, then I stumbled upon them by accident this morning.
