Has anyone tried the iDrive 8.5 system but I'm throwing a shadow code now. Make sure to scan for shadow codes, sometimes they don't trigger the CEL.

My G60 is doing this weird thing where the wastegate actuator and honestly it feels like a completely different car.

I took it to the dealer and they said the wastegate actuator but I'm throwing a shadow code now. Have you checked the fluid levels? That's usually the first sign of trouble.
