Do you have the motorized side mirrors? (Not all cars / geographies do)
Is there a button on the driver door armrest to fold the mirrors? It's next to the side mirror selector switch.
If you don't have the "fold" button, then you probably don't have the necessary hardware (motors) to fold the mirrors via CA or the fob.
