Offset is not the only issue... The offset only makes sure that the spokes doesn't hit the caliper. You also need to find a 18" wheel that has a barrel that clears the caliper, that has nothing to do with the offset and is entirely up to wheel design.
And also remember that depending on the wheel width you have the offset is more or less aggressive. An 8.5 ET35 is more aggressive than a 8" ET35.
