May be different now and/or vary by police force. I think you can google speed awareness course and check the criteria. If you do get course and speed again within set time, no course next time.

32 is harsh! In roadworks I set my limiter at about 54 in a 50 as car speedos are always a little optimistic. Sounds like the limit of interpretation is reeling in to zero tolerance.
