I actually like the "toaster" style Nav. It sits up higher, for better visibility. If you think the ones in BMWs look bad, check out the latest models from Audi/Merc.

F10 doesn't have an exposed Nav screen like the pic.
It's not the G11, so I guess it's just a mock up of the F01 or F10 (I can't really tell the difference) with a modified screen.
