No, Bilsteins have vastly improved the suspension but does not provide any freedom to adjust camber (inherent to the F30). Meanwhile, I have installed the F8x lower front control arms and increased negative camber by 1.0.
This, combined with slightly wider front tires and using a firmer setting for rear coilovers has definitely reduced understeer.
