VA Emissions w/ De-catted Downpipe and JB4
So I live in VA with pretty strict emissions and need to know before dropping the money on a new catless downpipe. I want to be able to pass emissions without the removal of the downpipe. I have a JB4 installed currently and want to know if I can pass an OBD test with this. Some have said that it will be fine with cleared codes and no map. Others have said even with cleared codes, readiness is not correct and therefore I will fail. I need to know this before going forward with the install, and would love to get some personal insight into this!
